Do I still need HubSpot or another CRM?+
No. Every call, text, email, lead, appointment, and follow-up lives in one Automationation timeline—CRM and lead pipeline are included in every plan.
Are AI voice minutes unlimited?+
No. Each plan includes an AI voice minute allowance (150 / 500 / 1,500). Extra usage is billed separately so a busy month of calls does not quietly blow up a flat subscription. On the demo we translate minutes into expected call volume for your business.
Are plans month to month?+
Yes. Month to month—so the system has to keep earning the seat.
What is included in setup?+
We map how you take leads today—phone, text, email, forms—then wire answering, qualification, booking, follow-up, and when a person should take over. On Growth and Pro we also train the receptionist on your business and routing.
