Messaging and notifications
If your workspace has SMS or email enabled, we may send lead alerts, follow-up messages, booking confirmations and reminders, support replies, and account notifications through the connected providers. SMS message frequency varies based on the request or active conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information and consent
Mobile information, phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers needed to operate Automationation and deliver requested communications. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell lead data. We only share information with service providers required to deliver the product or with account admins who are authorized to access the workspace.
